The donations amounts shown on www.shabdaedicions.com are valid except for typographical errors. Shabda Edicions reserves the right to modify at any time the quantities offered for products. These modifications will not be applied to the orders already made and that are in process, but to the new orders that the user makes after the change, as well as to the modifications that the user requests in relation to previous orders.
Descriptions and photographs of the products
Shabda Edicions pays special attention to the correct wording of the characteristics of the products. However, if the client detects an error, please send us an e-mail informing us to tienda-online@shabdaedicions.com to correct it.
It must see that the descriptions and photographs of the products are merely indicative, and may vary without prior notice since during the editorial process the presentation of the products may change or be updated and may not correspond to the one shown in the product file.
Availability of products and delivery time
In general, the products are available within 2 to 5 days after placing the order and Shabda Edicions will make the necessary efforts to comply with it. However, if it were not possible to maintain this availability at any time for reasons beyond our control (holydays, stock breakage, product withdrawal, etc.) the user will be immediately informed of the non-availability of the product and the new delivery deadline, being able in its case to cancel the order previous notice to Shabda Edicions.
Ways to make the donation
In Shabda Edicions you can choose between several modalities:
- Bank transfer: After completing the donation, the necessary data to make the bank transfer will appear on the screen. In addition, we will send you an e-mail with this information, where we will indicate the quantity offered of the order, the concept that you must indicate in the transfer and the account number where the deposit must be made. Remember to indicate as the concept of income the number of your order for us to locate.
Note: Transfers usually take approximately 48 hours to be effective if they are not from the same entity. The delivery time of the order begins to count from the confirmation of the transfer, so if you want to expedite this process it is better that you send us an e-mail to tienda-online@shabdaedicions.com with the proof of transfer. - Card payment: The charge to the card is made at the same moment of placing the order, through the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution and once it has been verified that the data communicated are correct.
In this sense, the confidential data is transmitted in encrypted form (SSL) to the corresponding financial entity. The SSL encryption system that we use confers total security to the transmission of data through the network. Your data enjoy total confidentiality and protection.
The security of the income via electronic means is guaranteed by the corresponding banking entity. It has the necessary security means to identify possible errors in the data provided when making a card entry.
The data on the credit cards are not registered in any of our databases. They are only used in the virtual POS (Point of Sale) of our financial institution, through its Secure Payment Gateway.Shabda Edicions reserves the right to change the entry modalities, being able to create new ones or eliminate any of the existing ones, without the user of Shabda Edicions being able to make claims for this reason. However, if the change in the form of income affects an order already made, from tienda-online@shabdaedicions.com we would contact the user to inform him of that change, offering the option to cancel your donation if it is considered appropriate.
Returns and right of withdrawal
The user has 2 days from receipt of the goods to request the return of the product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by mail to tienda-online@shabdaedicions.com your decision to withdraw the product. To do this, you must fill out and send us by e-mail the following withdrawal form (or in its absence a letter with the details of your order):

Once received, our team will provide the necessary instructions for its processing. Do not forget to tell us a valid contact number (essential to be able to process your request in order to verify the data for the return).
The following assumptions necessary to process the returns must be taken into account:
Right of withdrawal.
The product must be in perfect conditions, in its original packaging and must not have been unsealed, damaged or used.
The user has the right to request the return even if the reasons for it are for reasons beyond the control of Shabda Edicions, in this case the user with the shipping costs derived from said return. The reimbursement of the donation will be made, in any case, once the articles have been received and after checking the status of the product, within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of communication of the desire to withdraw the donation, according to current legislation and proceeding to the reimbursement of the amount donated in the same modality in which the purchase was made. The possible shipping costs paid in the initial order are excluded from the refund.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal: The right of withdrawal will not apply to donations that refer to:
- The supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery.
- The donation for download electronic books.
The product is defective for reasons beyond the customer’s control:
- Factory defect.
- Break by the transport agency or due to error in processing. In this case, the user must inform us within a maximum period of 24 hours. after receiving the order to process the corresponding claim. If there is a breakage of the box or handling of the transport packaging, the user must write it down on the delivery note on receipt of the product.
In any of the cases of this point will proceed to change the product for free to the client, once received the / items and checked their status.
It must see that returns will not be accepted if they have not been previously communicated to Shabda Edicions or those remitted to freight collect.

The shipping costs are calculated in relation to the weight of the packaged product. The following delivery systems are used:
