DISCIPLINA, La virtud de no reaccionar y el arte de amar, Sadhana Singh

The discipline is a prequel to the books that the author has written and intends to deepen why the human being, perfect in base, needs the discipline to be himself and to be able to lead his life freely, in love and happiness. We discipline ourselves to give an orbit, an effect and a precise impact to our intentions, words and actions, to maintain the exact essence of who we are and what we want. Discipline is the best investment for the future: it takes the wealth of the past and magnifies the present. The text is enriched with nine unpublished meditations, which will be practiced each one for forty days, that want to inspire you to experience a path, which covers a year to be our true Self.

“Happiness comes when you are disciplined with yourself, you have the ability to control yourself and you are intuitive. Then you are happy. Only now can you do actions for those who deserve them and you can do them happily. This is happiness. ”
